Category of interest in science is one of the basic characterizing active attitudes of a person to the world around him. One of the first researchers who applied at one time to the analysis of the essence of the concept of interest, were the French Enlighteners. Thus, P. Interaction of resources and interests creates the movement of society in the form of activities. This movement should be regulated, organized, limited by the rules of the game.
