Category of interest in science is one of the basic characterizing active attitudes of a person to the world around him. One of the first researchers who applied at one time to the analysis of the essence of the concept of interest, were the French Enlighteners. Thus, P. Holbach considered interest as motive power of human actions, noting at the same time that the interest is called the object that binds everyone to an idea of his own happiness. The costs of achieving the forecast states can be reduced by co-operation with others, due to the implementation of the behavior in the direction of non-personal and group interests, at the expense of compromise, confrontation, competition. Therefore, we can conclude that the interest is the motive for all activities in society, just as the power is the cause of the mechanical motion in physics. Interaction of resources and interests creates the movement of society in the form of activities. This movement should be regulated, organized, limited by the rules of the game.
